I wrote a post that I had intended to put up tonight, but I am going to delay it a few days.

There is something to these Influence Squadrons, whether due to timing or something else, but when an idea like that is as popular as it is, as quickly as it is, I think the reason is because there is an idea there that resonates as a direction the Navy should be moving towards.
