First, David Axe is back in Africa again, this time on the west coast with the intention to meet up with the African Partnership Station. It is very possible David will be the only western reporter to cover the activities of that naval deployment, so if you have the means swing by and drop David a few bucks for his efforts. Money talks in Africa, and it never hurts to give the man some ammunition even if he doesn't carry a gun.
We need independent analysis of these naval soft power operations in a bad way. If this stuff is good and can work, we need to know why. If this is a waste of money, we need to know why.
Also, CDR Salamander has been AWOL lately on good naval gouge, but hits hard with this one. Love it.
